# Segments > Marketing for independent run specialty stores. We set up the marketing that brings runners into independent run specialty stores on Shopify: your catalog, Google Business Profiles, Merchant Center and local inventory ads, and brand co-op campaigns. Heavy setup from us, then you run it from Segments HQ, or we run it for you on HQ Managed. Segments is based in Kansas and serves stores across the United States. Contact: help@segmentsmarketing.com. Who it is for: Independent run specialty retailers with one to five locations, on Shopify. Not on Shopify yet? Our migration track moves you over. Six or more locations are quoted. If you fit runners by hand, we built this for you. What it does not do: Social media, newsletters, photo shoots, and loyalty programs. We stick to the work that brings runners through the door. ## Services - [Get Found](https://segmentsmarketing.com/services/get-found): Show up first when a runner searches. Google and AI assistants read the same signals: your Business Profile, your product data, and the structured data on your site. We set them up for every door. - [Fill the Store](https://segmentsmarketing.com/services/fill-the-store): Put your in-stock wall in front of nearby runners. Local inventory ads show the exact shoe on your wall, the distance, and "pick up today." HQ builds a Google Shopping campaign around each store and paces it to the budget. - [Brand-Funded Growth](https://segmentsmarketing.com/services/brand-funded-growth): Co-op from every brand on your wall. Brand co-op campaigns are included with no management fee, so every brand dollar goes to ads. When a campaign ends, HQ drafts the brand report and the invoice. ## Pricing - Segments HQ is $249 a month for the first location, plus $125 a month for each added location: $499 for 3, $749 for 5. Six or more locations are quoted. Setup is $1,500 to $5,500, priced on our published rubric. Stores not on Shopify take the migration track, $5,000 to $12,000. HQ Managed, where we run HQ for you, is an add-on on top of the software: $399 a month for the first location plus $150 for each added one, so $648 a month in total for one location. - One feature set, no tiers. Month-to-month, billed on the 1st, cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual prepay: 12 months for the price of 10. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and isn't included. - Brand co-op campaigns are included with no management fee. Every brand dollar goes to ads. - Web Care ($299 a month) and Web Care Plus ($599 a month) cover website help for a Shopify store. - How to sign up: Book a call, get scored on the setup rubric, then pay through a Stripe link. There is no self-serve checkout. - Prices, the full setup rubric, the migration track and add-ons: [Pricing](https://segmentsmarketing.com/pricing) ## Evidence - [Evidence](https://segmentsmarketing.com/evidence): What the research says.
