Brand-Funded Growth
Co-op from every brand on your wall.
Your brands set money aside to help you advertise. HQ builds and paces the campaigns with no management fee, then drafts the report and the invoice.
Every brand. Every dollar. One list.
Every brand you carry sets money aside to help its retailers advertise. There is no reliable published figure for how much goes unclaimed, so we won't quote one.
Plan it
Pick the brand, the dates, and the budget with your rep. On HQ Managed, we work it out with them for you.
Spend it
HQ builds the Shopping campaign around each store, checks your stock on Google first, and paces it to the brand's total.
Bill it
When it ends, HQ drafts the brand report and the invoice, then tracks the payment until it lands.

What we handle
No management fee
Brand co-op campaigns are included. Every brand dollar goes to ads.
Built and paced to the brand’s budget
A Shopping campaign for the brand’s in-stock products around each store, never past the brand’s total.
Brand report drafted
Compares the brand’s sales during the campaign with before and with last year.
Invoice drawn up, payments tracked
When a campaign ends, HQ draws up the invoice for you to send, then tracks what is owed, overdue, and paid.
Brand payments
Know what every brand owes.
Every brand's campaigns and invoices in one list. See what's owed, what's overdue, and what's paid. Record checks and ACH, and export to CSV.

Co-op exists because a local fitting sells more shoes than a banner ad.
Questions
What is co-op, exactly?
Money a brand sets aside, usually tied to what you buy from them, to pay for local marketing that features their products.
Which brands do you work with?
Any brand on your wall that funds local ads. That includes Brooks, HOKA, ASICS, New Balance, Saucony, On, and smaller brands.
Where do I see it?
In Segments HQ. What every brand owes, what is overdue, and what is paid, in one list.
Who talks to the brand reps?
You do on Segments HQ. On HQ Managed, we coordinate co-op with your reps and handle the brand reports and invoices.
Can co-op pay for Segments?
It depends on each brand’s rules. Ad spend usually qualifies. Agency fees usually don’t. Brand co-op campaigns carry no management fee from us, so every brand dollar goes to ads.
How much co-op did you leave last year?
Bring your vendor list. We'll go through it in 15 minutes.
