What we handle
Local inventory ads connected
Your in-stock shoes on Google with price, distance, and "try on today," fed from your Shopify inventory through Merchant Center.
Shopping campaigns around each store
HQ builds a Google Shopping campaign for a brand's in-stock products around each store, with a closer ring that bids higher.
Paced, never past the total
HQ sets each day's budget from what's left, leans into your busiest days, and never spends past the brand's total.
Checked before launch
HQ checks your stock on Google store by store, leaves out sizes Google lists wrong, and puts them back when Google catches up.
Brand campaigns
Launch day, paced.
New versions of the shoes your regulars love drive the biggest weeks of the year. Set the dates and the brand's budget. HQ paces each day from what's left and never spends past the total.

Questions
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid to Google directly. Much of it can come from brand co-op.
Do we need an inventory feed?
Yes. We connect your Shopify inventory straight to Google Merchant Center, so what’s on your wall is what shows in the ad.
How do you measure results?
HQ drafts a brand report comparing the brand's sales during the campaign with before and with last year. Matching in-store sales to ad clicks is coming.
Can we change a campaign once it is running?
Yes. Change the end date or the budget, see the new daily pace first, then confirm.
Do we need photos or ad design?
No. Shopping and local inventory ads build themselves from your product feed.
